What external access will be and when you can use it.
External access is coming soon. It will let you use your Serasmart plan outside the app too, in two ways:
- Connected apps: an app approved by Serasmart (for example the browser extension) asks for your consent once, through a “Connect” page, and then uses your plan;
- API keys: your own programs send requests to Serasmart with a personal key.
Requests made this way use your plan's usage, just like in the app. The Free plan has no external access.
When external access is turned on, the Connected apps and API keys sections appear in Settings. If you do not see them, it is not available yet.
