Windows app updates
How you get new versions and what to do if the update does not start.
Each time it starts, the Serasmart AI Windows app checks updates.serasmartai.com for a new version, downloads it on its own and tells you when it is ready to install.
If the update does not appear
- Close the app completely and start it again.
- Check that you are connected to the internet.
- If it still does not work, download the latest version with Download for Windows on serasmartai.com and install it over the old one. Your data is not lost: it is in your account.
