Delete your account
What is deleted, what stays and how you confirm.
Deleting your account is final and cannot be undone. If you want to keep something, download a copy of your data first.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Press Delete account.
- Type your account's password to confirm.
Your account, chats, memory, files, settings and the rest of your data are deleted. We keep separately only what the law requires (for example invoices and accounting records). The details are in the Privacy policy.
Deleting your account does not refund amounts already paid, except as described in Refunds and the right of withdrawal. If you have a subscription, cancel it first.
