Refunds and the right of withdrawal
The 14-day withdrawal period for consumers and what is refunded.
The full rules are in the Terms, section 12 and Annex 2. In short:
The right of withdrawal (consumers)
- you have 14 calendar days from the order to withdraw, without giving a reason;
- you tell us with a clear statement, for example an email to support@serasmartai.com; you may use the model form in Annex 2, but you do not have to;
- because the service starts at once, you only pay for the part already provided until you tell us, and we refund the rest within 14 days, by the same payment method.
Exceptions
- extra usage: the right of withdrawal is lost if you asked for it to start at once and confirmed you know you lose it;
- the right of withdrawal does not apply to business users (for example companies).
After the 14 days
A started period is not refunded for the unused part, and extra usage that was used or has expired is not refunded. The rights the law gives you (for example if the service does not work as described) remain.
