What the Terms say about invoices and how to ask us for one.
Payments are not active yet, so no invoices are issued for now.
The Terms say that after each payment you get an electronic invoice at your account's email address and that, where the law requires it, the invoice is also sent to the Romanian RO e-Factura system. Make sure your billing details are correct.
If you need an invoice in a company's name or a copy, write to us at support@serasmartai.com from your account's address.
