Change plan or cancel
What happens when you move to a bigger plan, a smaller plan or cancel.
Your subscription is managed from Settings → Billing, with the Manage subscription button, which opens Stripe's customer portal.
A bigger plan
It applies at once. You pay the price difference for the days left in the current period and immediately get the usage difference for the same days. Your billing date stays the same, and the next renewal is at the full price of the new plan.
A smaller plan
It applies at the next renewal. Until then you keep your current plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, without a reason and without fees. Cancelling stops the renewals, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Then the account moves to Free. Your chats and files stay.
Plans renew automatically every billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
