Ask for a Word, PowerPoint, Excel or PDF file

How to get the answer as a file, with the right name.

When you ask for a file, the answer becomes the file itself. Say the format and what it is about.

Examples

  • “Make me a Word document with a CV for an accountant job.”
  • “I want an 8-slide PowerPoint presentation about solar energy, in blue and white.”
  • “An Excel sheet with the budget for May, with totals.”
  • “Turn the summary above into a PDF.”

What you get

  1. A card with the file and its name appears under the answer.
  2. Press the card to see the file before downloading it (see Previewing files).
  3. Download the file when you are happy with it.

The file name comes from what you asked for (for example “Budget for May”), not from the chat's name. If you want a particular name, say it: “named «Quarterly report»”.

Excel files are included from the Pro plan. On the Free plan you do not get large files.
