Previewing files
See documents, presentations and spreadsheets before you download them.
Press a file's card, in the chat or in the Library, to open it in the preview:
- Word: the document's pages;
- PowerPoint: the slides, one after another;
- Excel: the sheets, with tabs, and the formulas are calculated for the preview;
- PDF: the document, in the page.
You can download the file from the preview. Some file types have no preview: you see “This kind of file has no preview. You can download it.”
The preview shows the content approximately; the final look may differ slightly in the program you open the file with.
