Data controls for improvement
Serasmart does not train models on your chats; it only keeps the ratings you choose to share.
Serasmart does not use your chats or files to train artificial intelligence models.
What you can choose
In Settings → Privacy → Help improve Serasmart AI there are two switches, off by default:
- Keep my ratings to improve Serasmart AI: when you rate an answer 👍 or 👎, the rating, the kind of task and the model are kept, without your name, email or account and without the chat's text;
- Also keep the question and the answer: can only be turned on together with the first; then the rated question and answer are kept too.
Email addresses and phone numbers are replaced automatically, but the replacement is not guaranteed and names are not removed. Do not turn on the second switch for chats with personal data.
Take back what you shared
Turning a switch off deletes what was kept under it. Delete what I shared deletes everything. The data is included in your data export and is deleted with your account.
