In short, who receives your data so that you get an answer.

• The Serasmart server keeps your account, chats, memory, Library and settings.
• The provider of the AI model that answers receives your message and the context it needs (for example the attached file) to generate the answer. Some providers are outside the European Economic Area; the transfers are described in the policy.
• Connected apps receive only what an action you approved sends.
• Stripe receives the payment details, once payments are active.
