Usage rules, in short
What is not allowed in Serasmart, based on Annex 1 of the Terms.
Use Serasmart only for lawful purposes and with respect for others. The full text is in the Terms, Annex 1. Among other things, it is forbidden to use it for:
- any material that exploits or sexualises children (such cases are reported to the authorities);
- illegal or terrorist content, or content inciting hatred or violence;
- instructions for weapons or for harming people or animals; encouraging self-harm;
- malware, phishing, attacks or unauthorised access to systems and accounts;
- scams, spam, forged documents, impersonating someone, deepfakes meant to deceive;
- invading privacy, intimate images without consent, infringing copyright;
- harassment and discrimination;
- important automated decisions about people without human oversight;
- getting around limits or safety measures, multiple accounts, reselling access or keys.
Breaking the rules can lead to a request being refused, the account being limited or closed.
