Report content or abuse

Updated: 8 November 2026

How to tell us about illegal or harmful content or about a breach of your rights.

For now, reports are made by email to support@serasmartai.com. Write, as far as you can:

1. what you saw (the text, picture or file) and where (a link, a screenshot or the date and time of the chat);
2. why you think it is illegal or harmful;
3. if it concerns your rights (for example copyright): who you are, which right you hold and a statement that the information is correct, as the Terms require (section 17).

We examine each report and, if it is justified, we can restrict the content or the account. Do not send illegal material as an attachment: describe it and say where it is.
