Send files and pictures in chat
What kinds of files you can attach and how Serasmart uses them.
- Press the Files and tools (+) button next to the message box.
- Choose Upload pictures, Upload video, Upload audio, Upload any file or Choose from Library.
- Write what you want Serasmart to do with the file, then send.
Serasmart reads PDFs (long ones too), Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, ZIP archives and code files. Uploaded files also go into the Library.
Limits
- on the Free plan, files can be at most 10 MB;
- code from a ZIP archive is included from the Pro x2 plan;
- a very large file can take longer to upload.
