Serasmart Auto and choosing a model
How Serasmart picks the model and how you choose one yourself.
Serasmart Auto
This is the default. For each question, Serasmart looks at its type (conversation, writing, code, maths, search, long document) and how hard it is, then picks a model from your plan. A simple question goes to a fast, economical model, a hard one to a more powerful model.
Under the answer you see which model answered. You can hide the label in Settings → Appearance.
Choose the model yourself
- Open the model list above the message box.
- Search for or pick a model. Serasmart Auto is first in the list.
- The chosen model stays for the current chat. For new chats you can choose a model in Settings → General → Model for new chats.
On the Free plan only Serasmart Auto is available.
We do not guarantee a particular model or version: providers can change or retire models. If a model is not available, a comparable one may answer.
