Why a model has a lock
Models that belong to a bigger plan and what you can do.
In the model list some models show a lock and the text “Available from the … plan”. They belong to a class your plan does not include:
- economical and standard: from Plus;
- top: from Pro;
- ultra: from Pro x2 (one model) and from Pro x5 (all).
If you press a locked model you see, for example, “«…» is available from the Pro plan. See Billing to upgrade.” You can carry on with Serasmart Auto or an included model, or change plan.
A model can also be locked if the Serasmart administrator has not allowed it for you. The reason is then written next to the model.
