Limits in chat

Which limits can appear and why.

• Plan usage: at 100% of the week's usage, the features that use usage stop until the next part. See How usage is measured.
• Requests per minute: each plan has a number of requests per minute, written on the plan card.
• Answer length: answers have a maximum length depending on the kind of request; on Free they are short.
• The Free plan: a few short messages a day and a shared monthly limit for all free accounts.
• Refusals: models can refuse some requests, under their providers' rules. A refusal is not an app error.
