I don't get the confirmation email

What to check when the 6-digit code does not arrive.

1. Look in the Spam, Promotions or Updates folders.
2. Check that the address you entered when signing up is correct.
3. Wait a minute and press Send the code again. The code is valid for 15 minutes; a new code replaces the old one.
4. After several wrong codes you have to ask for a new one.

If you mistyped the address, the unconfirmed account is deleted on its own after a day and you can sign up again.

If you still get nothing, write to us at support@serasmartai.com and tell us the address you signed up with.
